1. Who we are
WorkGrid Pro (“we”, “us”, or “our”) provides software for specialty contractors to manage leads, customers, estimates, change orders, scheduling, documents, invoicing, and related job workflows. Contact us at hello@workgridpro.com.
2. Information we collect
We collect information you provide and information generated when you use the service:
- Account data — name, email, password (stored hashed), company name, trade, role, and billing-related details.
- Business content — customers, leads, contacts, projects, estimates, change orders, invoices, payments, tasks, schedule events, documents, messages, notes, and similar records you enter or upload.
- Portal users — client or subcontractor portal invite details (name, email) when you grant portal access.
- Integrations — tokens and sync metadata if you connect services such as QuickBooks Online or payment processors.
- Usage & device data — log data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and approximate timestamps; optional marketing events you trigger on our site.
- Communications — messages you send via contact forms, demo requests, or support email.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide, operate, secure, and improve WorkGrid Pro
- Authenticate users and enforce plan, trial, and role permissions
- Send transactional email (invites, schedule notices, invoice/estimate related messages you initiate)
- Process subscriptions and payments through our payment providers
- Respond to support and sales inquiries
- Comply with law and protect against abuse or fraud
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Sharing
We share information only as needed to run the service:
- Service providers — hosting, email delivery, error monitoring, analytics, and payment processors acting on our behalf
- Integrations you enable — for example QuickBooks or Stripe, according to your connection and their policies
- People you invite — teammates, clients, or subcontractors you add to your account or portals
- Legal — when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the service
5. Data retention
We retain account and job data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for backups, disputes, and legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us; some records may remain in backups or where we must keep them by law.
6. Security
We use industry-standard practices such as encrypted transport (HTTPS), hashed passwords, account-scoped access controls, and session authentication. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; please use strong passwords and limit access within your team.
