1. License grant
Subject to these terms and your active subscription (or authorized trial), WorkGrid Pro grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business operations in the construction and specialty contracting trades.
2. License restrictions
Except as expressly allowed, you may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the Service
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where applicable law prohibits this restriction
- Remove proprietary notices or branding
- Use the Service to build a competing product using non-public features, interfaces, or documentation
- Share login credentials outside your authorized team members
- Exceed plan seats, API, or fair-use limits we communicate in writing or in-product
3. Ownership
WorkGrid Pro and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in the Service, including software, UI, documentation, trademarks, and improvements. This EULA does not sell the software to you. Your job content remains yours as described in our Terms of Service.
4. Account software & updates
The Service is provided as hosted software (and any companion web or mobile views we make available). We may update, modify, or discontinue features. Updates are part of the Service and subject to this EULA.
5. Third-party components
The Service may include or interoperate with third-party libraries, fonts, payment processors, messaging providers, and integrations (such as QuickBooks Online). Those components are licensed under their own terms. Your use of an integration is optional and at your risk subject to that provider’s agreement.
6. Acceptable use
Your use must comply with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and applicable law. Unauthorized access, abuse, or attempts to circumvent security or billing controls terminate this license immediately.
7. Term & termination
This license continues while you maintain an authorized account. It ends automatically if your subscription ends, your trial expires without upgrade (where access is withdrawn), or we suspend/terminate access for breach. Upon termination you must stop using the Service. Surviving provisions of the Terms of Service (including disclaimers and liability limits) continue to apply.
8. No other licenses
No rights are granted by implication or estoppel except the express license above. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by WorkGrid Pro.
9. Relationship to other policies
This EULA works together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and SMS Terms & Conditions. If there is a conflict about software licensing, this EULA controls for license scope; billing and cancellations are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy; message consent is governed by the SMS Terms.
